Euregio⁺ Alpine Venture Capital S.p.A. is a SICAF (Fixed Capital Investment Company) established under Article 1, paragraph 1, letter i-bis) of Legislative Decree No. 58, dated February 24, 1998, capable of supporting the development of startups, particularly in the 'pre-seed,' 'seed,' and 'Series A' stages.
The SICAF is a reserved Italian AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) set up in a closed-ended format and is self-managed.
Euregio⁺ Alpine Venture Capital S.p.A. was created with the objective of providing new investment opportunities in the field of startups.
To ensure more efficient execution of investments, the SICAF leverages the expertise of an external advisor, Redstone Digital GmbH, a well-established company based in Berlin."
