INVESTMENT STRATEGY
The assets of the AIF are allocated—at least 60% of the total—into companies with high growth potential. These companies focus on the development, production, and commercialization of products and/or services with strong technological and/or innovative value, categorized as follows ("Target Companies"):
b) small and medium-sized enterprises meeting the size criteria defined in the European Commission Recommendation 2003/361.
The AIF invests in Target Companies with a proven connection to the Trentino-Alto Adige region and/or one of the EUSALP territories (Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein). These companies operate within areas of specialization such as “automation and digital”, “food and life sciences”, “Alpine technologies”, “green technologies” and “hospitality and tourism”.
