Any complaints regarding alleged irregularities, critical issues or anomalies concerning the provision of services by Euregio+ Alpine Venture Capital Sicaf S.p.A may be submitted exclusively in writing by letter or PEC and must be addressed to:

Complaints are handled according to regulatory provisions by the compliance control function (Compliance).
The Sicaf has adopted a procedure that ensures prompt handling of complaints. In particular, the Company has established a specific register, in which the essential details of complaints received in writing from Clients are promptly recorded. The competent office is responsible for maintaining the aforementioned register, ensuring that the key elements of each complaint received are promptly entered.
The Company handles complaints received promptly, communicating to the Client, in the manner agreed with them, its decisions regarding the complaint within, as a rule, 60 days from receipt of the complaint. If particular needs require longer times, the Company provides the Client, within this period, with information on the time needed to formulate a comprehensive response.
The response letter to the complaint is sent promptly, in order to resolve the complaint within the above terms, by registered mail with return receipt to the address indicated by the investor.
Starting from January 9, 2017, the investor, in case of no response from the SICAF within the prescribed time limits or if dissatisfied with the outcome of the complaint, may submit an appeal to the Arbitrator for Financial Disputes (ACF) at Consob. (see section "Arbitrator for Financial Disputes")
