SUSTAINABILITY
With a view to a sustainable business culture, Euregio⁺ Alpine Venture Capital S.p.A. has adopted a Sustainability Policy aimed at illustrating the principles adopted regarding environmental, social, and governance sustainability.
The Company also promotes environmental or social characteristics—or a combination of them—pursuant to Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088, integrating the assessment of sustainability risks into its investment decisions.
To this end, the SICAF adopts tools and actions aimed at ensuring that the aforementioned characteristics are observed:
1. during the evaluation of investment opportunities, by verifying the adoption by the Target Company of a minimum set of corporate policies (for example, regarding privacy, cybersecurity, diversity and inclusion, gender equality, workplace safety);
2. during the completion of the investment, by identifying and monitoring ESG KPIs that the Target Company is required to comply with, considering the business model and the relevant sector in which it operates.
