

WHISTLEBLOWING
SICAF promotes a corporate culture characterized by proper behavior and a good system of corporate governance. For this reason, SICAF has adopted a specific procedure, in compliance with regulations regarding Whistleblowing, aimed at allowing the reporting of acts or facts that may constitute a violation of the rules applicable to the activities carried out by the Company, while ensuring the confidentiality of the personal data of the whistleblower, the alleged perpetrator of the violation, and any other individuals mentioned, as well as the protection of the whistleblower from retaliatory and/or discriminatory conduct.
It should be noted that the Manager of the reporting systems, responsible for receiving, examining, and evaluating reports, is authorized to assess exclusively the reports coming from the individuals indicated within the Whistleblowing Policy, for conduct of which they have become aware within the SICAF work context.
