This Privacy Notice provides information concerning the processing, purposes, methods and, more generally, the management of data collected through the website www.eplusalpine.com (hereinafter, for brevity, the “Website”). This Privacy Notice applies solely to this Website and therefore excludes any other pages that may be accessed through links.
3. Purposes of processing and legal basis
Euregio+ Alpine Venture Capital SICAF guarantees, within the framework of applicable legislation, that the processing of personal data through the Website is carried out in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms and the dignity of the data subject, with particular regard to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data.
In accordance with the conditions for lawful processing laid down in Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Personal Data that you provide through the Website may be processed by Euregio+ Alpine Venture Capital SICAF for the following purposes:
a. Management of communications and requests
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this Website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other Personal Data included in the message. The “Contact” section contains a free-text field in which a message and any request may be sent to the Data Controller. In any event, to obtain an appointment or request information, it is sufficient to state that you wish to be contacted or to describe the technical issue, without adding special-category data to the field.
The processing of Personal Data provided through the contact form or through communications sent to the contact details indicated on the Website is necessary to respond to the requests made by the data subject and to take any pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
