WHO WE ARE
“Euregio⁺ Alpine Venture Capital S.p.A. is a SICAF (Fixed Capital Investment Company) established pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 1, letter i-bis) of Legislative Decree 24 February 1998, no. 58, capable of supporting the development of start-ups, particularly in the “pre-seed, seed, and Series A” stages.
The SICAF is a reserved Italian AIF established in a closed-end form, and it is self-managed.
Euregio⁺ Alpine Venture Capital S.p.A. was created with the aim of offering new investment opportunities in the field of start-ups.
For a more efficient implementation of investments, the SICAF makes use of the external advisor Redstone Digital GmbH, a company with proven experience based in Berlin.

Redstone is the venture capital firm based in Berlin, operating through 11 funds covering different sectors:
- implements a sector-based approach methodology;
- uses the leading data platform in venture capital;
- interacts with the global network of VC operators.
Euregio Plus SGR S.p.A. is the asset management company based in Bolzano, has established and manages 8 funds of different asset classes and important sectors linked to the territory:
- it is the region's reference partner for public and private investors;
- it pays attention to issues of sustainability and the green economy.
What we do
We operate with a unique structure designed to collect and process an unparalleled amount of data, combining local knowledge of the Alpine region with the long-standing and consolidated experience of international VC operators.
Recipients
Participation in the SICAF is reserved for professional investors as defined in Article 1, paragraph 1, letter m-undecies of the TUF as well as for subjects who meet the conditions set out in Article 14, paragraph 2 of Ministerial Decree March 5, 2015, no. 30.
