Euregio⁺ Alpine Venture Capital Sicaf has made a strategic investment of 1 million euros in Covision Media, a South Tyrolean company at the forefront of developing AI-based 3D scanners, completed with the support of advisor Redstone. The investment is part of a 5 million euro funding round that included, among others, the AI fund of CDP Venture Capital, the largest European venture capital investor in the field of artificial intelligence, and The Techshop, a venture capital boutique focused on investments in the software sector.

Its patented fibionic fiber placement (FFP) technology, inspired by nature, enables fibers to be oriented along real load paths, reducing material usage by up to 60% and component weight by up to 50%.
